The company environment is absolutely terrible. The sheet-metal building is stuffy and hot, and in summer they even forbid turning on the air conditioning. The office temperature often exceeds 35°C, making people extremely prone to heatstroke.

The boss is completely indifferent to the company, constantly nitpicking and causing trouble. The chairman is arrogant and conceited and looks down on people. When you submit an expense claim, he just says, “If you don’t know how to do it, you won’t get paid.” Overtime hours are often shaved off, and salary increases are pitifully small.

Supervisors always take all the credit and dump a pile of blame on others. They even fight for credit across departments! It’s absurd!

The departments are extremely dysfunctional. The salespeople all think they’re the best, look down on everyone, and have an awful attitude toward every colleague, casually yelling at people regardless of rank.

Accounting is full of meddlesome gossipers who bad-mouth people behind their backs, saying one thing to one person and another thing to someone else.

The Planning Department favors outsiders. They don’t provide benefits to their own people and instead curry favor with outsiders. When you ask them for help, they just say they’re busy and don’t deal with it. Marketing never listens when they make mistakes.

The Maintenance Department is full of useless technicians who can’t do anything and don’t understand anything even when they look at it. The senior technicians only know how to criticize, not teach.

Vehicle Testing is full of people with emotional problems who curse others aggressively at the slightest provocation.

Basically, none of the people with authority are at the company. Instead, it’s full of people who think they’re important, pointing fingers and ordering everyone around. The level of internal corruption is beyond imagination.

Serving in the military would be more enjoyable than working here :)

The boss and colleagues in all departments are pretty easy to get along with, except for the accounting department, whose members are a bunch of lunatics.
