Violates the Labor Standards Act; no labor or health insurance provided; employees are dismissed without warning; no severance pay provided.
The company does not pay overtime during the probationary period. Script review and proofreading only begin after working hours, and the boss’s wife’s emotional management skills will make you give up completely.
