Read the community guidelinesThe company environment is good, and interactions with colleagues feel pleasant. The office is not particularly quiet, with the sounds of chatting and announcements.
It is a little far from the MRT station (about a 15-minute walk from Xianse Temple Station), so transportation is not particularly convenient.
The following is my interview experience (not a disadvantage):
You first fill out your personal information and complete a short test (please use English to describe the most difficult incident or project you have encountered in the past). Then you interview with HR and the hiring manager.
During the interview, you are asked to introduce yourself and have a conversation in English. (I did not prepare an English self-introduction, so I directly conversed with the manager in English.) It was not difficult; the conversation in English was all based on past experiences listed on your résumé.
Job responsibilities:
Find suppliers for overseas clients, audit suppliers, and compare quotations. The work is somewhat procurement-oriented.
After negotiating the deal, the remaining tasks are handled by an assistant; the salesperson only needs to finalize the deal and pass it on.
Salary and benefits:
1. "Basically," they follow the Labor Standards Act.
2. Overtime pay is paid together with the three annual holiday bonuses.
3. Monthly salary starts at NT$40,000 (so do not ask for something like NT$30,000—that is the salary for entry-level employees).
4. When there is a workday adjustment, you get the day off directly, with no makeup workday.
That is roughly everything.
