A company founded by a boss who only makes empty promises together with long-term employees. The long-term employees hold unchecked power, and there is severe workplace bullying: they are domineering, loud, deliberately difficult, and verbally abusive. Many colleagues have resigned because of this in the past, and reporting it to HR or the boss was useless.
I heard that there is more than one manager in the company with a history of bullying, and that the boss is aware of it.
The company’s salaries are relatively low, the benefits are poor, and the boss is very stingy.
There have also been multiple gender-equality-related incidents in the past.
A very frightening place.

The supervisor has a habitually impatient personality and does not understand basic etiquette or how to respect subordinates. He speaks very rudely and uses unpleasant, sarcastic remarks. He does not put himself in his subordinates’ shoes and only hopes that they will help share his workload. Ideally, there should be no other problems; otherwise, they will be met with sarcastic responses.
The attitude was quite good, and they provided detailed explanations of the company’s business and the division of responsibilities with its subsidiaries.
The company is small, so colleagues are very close, and the people above are quite willing to mentor new employees below them.
If there are suitable openings at subsidiaries, they will also ask interviewees whether they would like to give them a try.
The salary is on the low side. The stated salary actually includes a 2,000 attendance bonus, which effectively amounts to deducting part of the salary.
The company offers few benefits, and the salary-increase increments are uncertain. If you do not have industry experience, your title will be downgraded by two levels immediately, and they say you need to endure at least two years before you may be able to reach the original title.
