You’ll be working overtime almost every day, and you also have to come in on Saturdays.
If you come to work here, whatever you do, don’t take too many days off in a row, because you’ll be docked six days’ worth of wages.
Whatever you do, don’t become a supervisor or manager at this company, because you won’t have any authority to manage anyone. The company is run according to whatever the owner and the owner’s wife, son, and daughter-in-law say.
In particular, don’t come to the Packaging Department, because you can’t leave work on time every day. Sometimes you also have to deal with the daughter-in-law’s princess-like temper. The entire Packaging Department is run according to whatever she says, and doing more work will only get you more scolding.
The production control manager at this company is the daughter-in-law, but she is never at work on time. The department supervisors have to help with her work every day, while she does nothing but use her phone to control others all day long.
After saying all this, I really hope you won’t come here, because there are absolutely no benefits. There are no holiday bonuses or gifts for the three major festivals either, even though everyone else gets them. Even when employees pay out of their own pockets to go out together on Sundays, they still have to report it to the company. It’s such a terrible company—better not come.
The colleagues are nice.
The company is extremely stingy.
Working on holidays is not clocked in; it is calculated by the hour.
There is no overtime pay on weekdays.
Clock out on time, then continue working.
The boss’s wife occasionally (almost every day) has outbursts and curses at people for no reason.
The salary is extremely low.
The office rule is to set the air conditioning to 28°C on low fan speed, which is practically the same as not having it on; we sweat profusely every day.
If it is too hot, you have to bring your own USB fan, but you are not allowed to plug it into the computer.
You have to bring your own power bank, charge it at home, and only then can you use it………
Employee purchases are not actually cheaper; they even make money off employees through employee purchases.
………The list of grievances is endless.
