Family-owned company,
The female owner is extremely emotional and frequently erupts into verbal abuse over minor issues, using very harsh language to attack employees.
As a result, more than a dozen people have resigned—possibly over twenty.
Moreover, instructions change constantly: yesterday, you may be asked to do something one way, and today be questioned about why you did it that way.
She has very little patience. When asked questions, she often says things like, "Can't you find the answer yourself?" "Didn't I already teach you this?" or "You don't even know how to do this?"
Even when something clearly has never been taught, she insists that it was. Her own mistakes are always blamed on employees.
Apart from the female owner, the owner and their children are also very difficult to work with, both in terms of work demands and personality and attitude.
This company has an extremely high turnover rate. Anyone considering working here should think carefully.
