Although I am a design assistant intern,
I feel that I can learn many things at the company that I would not normally come into contact with.
The senior staff in the design department are also very willing to teach,
and my InDesign skills have improved considerably.
I hope to become a permanent employee one day.
Too many snacks~ It’s easy to gain weight
I went for an interview a few days ago.
The company felt like it had a very warm and welcoming environment.
The work involved also seemed quite challenging.
Unfortunately, I wasn't hired.

I have been working at this company for a year. At first, I was hesitant about applying because the reviews were not very good, and I was a little afraid. However, I noticed that the comments were from quite a long time ago, so I decided to go to the interview anyway. I was subsequently hired. The company environment is very warm and welcoming. Since I did not have much relevant work experience, there were many things I did not understand, but my colleagues and supervisors patiently explained them to me. Unlike some companies, they did not make me feel that bringing me into the company meant they were spending money to train me, leaving me to figure things out on my own while being afraid to ask questions in case I got scolded.
This company mainly designs books and periodicals. Although designing their covers can be difficult, it is truly satisfying when clients like my designs in the end. I can also add my own creativity to the layout of the content. I feel that this company is a place where I can build up my skills.

Overtime (sometimes even until four or five in the morning) is unpaid. Officially, the workday ends at 6:30 p.m., but if you leave at 8 p.m. after working overtime, the boss considers you lazy and not serious about your work.
They call it design externally, but the actual work is simply graphic production. You can’t incorporate your own ideas into what you make—if you want to be a robot, welcome aboard.
Three or four people left within three months. What do you think~~~~The turnover rate is extremely high.

Excessive overtime with no overtime pay
The work is dull and offers no room to grow. If you like a robotic work mode, you can do very well here.
As for the company culture, all I can say is that you have to experience and discover it for yourself.
Personally, I feel that here, I no longer want to believe that human nature is inherently good.
I was so disappointed that I chose to leave.
