The boss is very charismatic, willing to listen to young people's ideas, and very willing to give young people opportunities to try new things.

I had been working in online marketing for three years. I originally came to interview for a job related to audiovisual content, but the job responsibilities were adjusted during the interview.

The boss also provided me with an additional performance incentive bonus.

There are no advantages.

When I arrived at the company entrance, I realized it was a small company located within a large residential community. However, the main entrance is directly behind the intersection, which is quite inconvenient. Before the interview, the female manager (or owner) asked me to fill out basic information. About 10 minutes later, the interview began. There were apparently only three people in the entire company, and when the manager started the interview, she did not introduce the products her company sells. Instead, she began talking at length about name analysis, made sarcastic and unpleasant remarks, and started verbally attacking people whenever something displeased her. She was truly an extremely disrespectful female manager!

She asked questions based on what I had written, and if my answers did not meet her expectations, she would respond with another sarcastic remark. It was highly disrespectful.

The female manager claimed to understand name analysis. She believed that I was not suitable for this company?

I was stunned at the time and felt that the whole thing was utterly absurd. In this day and age, are there still people who look at someone’s name and fate to decide whether they are meant to work together???

This job involved wearing multiple hats. What the manager was looking for was someone who was very stable and had work experience!

Throughout the interview questions and answers, I was almost always the one asking questions, while the other party did not answer anything about the products the company sells.

It was completely unclear what this company actually does; they only said that they handled exports.

They required you to fill out your basic information in detail, and there could be no discrepancies.

This clearly violated personal wishes. Basic information provided during an interview should only be kept on file and must not be disclosed. There was definitely something wrong.

I advise all newcomers here: do not choose this company for an interview under any circumstances…

This is one of the strangest companies I have encountered so far… You can decide for yourselves whether you want to interview there!
