Congratulations, this company has only one supervisor—the boss's wife—but she's more difficult to deal with than ten supervisors! It's very hard to earn her trust because she thinks she's the most capable. Even when she pretends to respectfully ask for your opinion, she has already made up her mind.
1. The boss's wife has extremely poor emotional intelligence and is very petty. You have to be very careful when speaking with her; otherwise, she'll bring up old scores against you later. She is also very good at delivering grand principles in an attempt to brainwash you, so be careful!
2. She is extremely impatient. Even if you have already arranged everything, she will keep rushing you—over and over and over. Whenever something occurs to her, she'll urge you about it, while still thinking that you aren't proactive.
3. Only what she considers important is important. For things she considers unimportant—even if they concern your rights and privacy—she will say that your way of thinking is flawed and that you lack team spirit.
4. She thinks taking on multiple roles is simply expected, and when she can't finish the work or the company can't pay its employees, she will blame you.
5. As mentioned above, a company that only endlessly criticizes employees (even when those employees have only worked there for a few months) instead of examining its own poor business capabilities over more than ten years basically has no future.
6. She often bosses the factory around, drives a wedge between the factory owner and employees, and even interferes with the factory's business direction (because she is afraid that she will become even less competitive in the future).

But if, after reading the above, you are still a brave soul who wants to work there,
please keep the following two points in mind:
1. On the day of the interview, under no circumstances should you call her at the last minute to say that you want to cancel!
2. If you have already had a second interview and she is preparing to hire you, don't foolishly tell her that you have other interviews.
Otherwise, she will report you to the job bank. (Although I don't know whether it actually affects job seekers.)
To put it bluntly, the boss's wife has a princess complex: she is a classic case of being strict with others but lenient with herself, and she often makes sarcastic remarks, whether intentionally or not. However, her first impression on you will definitely be fairly good—otherwise, I wouldn't have been tricked into joining in the first place.
As for this company's year-end bonus and benefits, don't get your hopes up! Hehe.
