The outsourced contractor's boss in Taoyuan is extremely calculating. I heard the handover situation in Songshan is very chaotic. After new hires complete training, even if they live in Taoyuan and applied for a Taoyuan position, they are told that they must work in Songshan every month afterward or provide support at both locations at any time. They only tell you this after you have completed the training and passed the exam. It is truly an enormous waste of employees' time. Manager Cangyou is relatively considerate and sincere, but those outsourced bosses really do not treat you like a human being.
