Read the community guidelines1. Colleagues get along relatively harmoniously.
2. Punctual working hours.
1. No bonuses or benefits. The year-end bonus is so little that one visit to Tasty Steak would use it all up (do the math yourself). There is definitely no pay stub, and it is unclear whether the labor and health insurance enrollment is accurate.
2. The boss is unpredictable. Only what the boss says is right. Regardless of whether what the boss asks you to do can be completed in time or is right or wrong, doing it is what matters.
3. You may be inexplicably made the scapegoat. It would not be unusual for five people to quit on their own because they could not last a month.
4. If you remind the boss and the boss forgets, it is your fault because you did not keep reminding them.
5. The boss may ask for things at any time; if you do not have them ready, you are considered incompetent.
6. Whenever something troublesome comes up at work, colleagues will find all kinds of ways to pass the buck. The sooner they get rid of it, the better.
