Pros
The boss is fairly generous and isn’t stingy with employees.
Cons
Veteran employees gang up to bully newcomers. Also, certain supervisors often directly order people to do things beyond their job responsibilities without consulting or obtaining their consent. They show no respect for others, and you have to adopt a submissive, dog-like attitude just to endure working there.
