Pros

I really can't find any advantages.

Cons

The character of the person in charge, Mr. Chen, is questionable.... Any promises he makes, especially those related to monetary bonuses, should be documented in writing. Without written evidence, anything said verbally can later be denied.

The compensation is relatively low for a position stationed in Vietnam—just over 30,000. In addition, although the work involves business development, there is no entertainment allowance, and all customer-related expenses must be paid out of pocket.

The salary is underreported: labor and health insurance will only be reported at the minimum wage. However, tax withholding will still be calculated based on your actual income.

When arranging flights for leave trips back to Taiwan, they will deliberately book Sunday flights, supposedly saving two Sundays per trip.

The turnover rate among overseas-stationed employees is extremely high. Sometimes, three or four people may rotate through the same position in a single year. If you are seriously considering going, please think it over carefully.
