Read the community guidelinesThe supervisor is quite courteous, and there are both new and old factories in Dali. In recent years, the company has obtained many international certifications, as well as organic factory certification, which is helpful for promoting its products.
1. When an international trade employee joins, the base salary is only NT$30,000. Commission only starts after reaching NT$500,000 in sales. The commission is 1% of the total amount for new customers and new orders, and 0.4% for repeat orders and existing customers. However, 104 lists the regular salary as over NT$40,000, which may give people the mistaken impression that they will receive this amount upon joining. Don’t be misled.
2. The company has no dedicated personnel for training. There are many different products, so employees have to search the database for information and learn on their own. It can be more difficult at first while trying to build up sales, so this is also something to consider.
3. The company used to focus entirely on domestic sales; export sales only began in the past few years.

A time-wasting interview,
the interviewer offers a job paying 23K,
expects 30K-quality work,
and also requires the interviewee to do homework at home,
then email it to the interviewer—
a truly lousy company.
