Read the community guidelinesThere are no advantages at all
1. Training / clearly defined promotion pathways / experiencing nature and life at the Taitung farm / occasional holiday gifts, etc.—all depend on their mood. To be honest, none of these exist. Going to Taitung for the experience simply means going there to work overtime.
2. During my employment here, the number of reported violations of the Labor Standards Act was, as far as I know, at least three (not including previous cases). You can check with the Labor Affairs Bureau to verify this.
3. Employees leave after approximately two to five months, so turnover is very high. There is currently a woman surnamed Hong who is nice to you at first, but later uses various pretexts to reduce your pay or shift responsibility onto you. These are all based on my real experience. Recently, almost all the employees left.
4. Almost none of the products sold have undergone any meaningful inspection or certification, which is concerning.
I hope everyone will not be deceived. In any case, a company like this should be reported and exposed so that no more recent graduates entering the workforce are harmed.
