Read the community guidelinesThe job bank listing says the operator's salary is NT$30,000. The boss is somewhat aloof and unsmiling. During the interview, he asks what kind of work you did at your previous job, but not why you left. He also has a supervisor watch applicants do a trial packaging task on the spot, possibly to see whether they work quickly and deftly. This was quite unexpected, and it gave me the impression that he is very reasonable!
The boss said that if there was no contact within three days, it meant I had not been selected. More than ten days have passed, and they are still recruiting; the date has also been updated. The young man who went in on the same day as me was apparently not selected either. I consider myself very quick and careful, and I have been praised by a factory owner's wife before, so I am confident in this regard. Perhaps they do not tend to hire people nearing 40, which suggests that the boss is probably quite selective!
