Read the community guidelines1. The HR representative was very friendly and approachable.
2. The security guard was very kind and welcoming.
3. The deputy plant manager and department supervisor both gave very detailed introductions to the job responsibilities and answered all my questions. The deputy plant manager also took me on a tour of the site and introduced the work environment.
1. The salary seems to be rather low.
2. The responsibilities are quite varied.
3. The location is somewhat remote.
4. If business travel is required, it may be more convenient to drive your own car, since the company vehicle is a truck rather than a sedan.
5. You must wear a long-sleeved cotton uniform (top and pants), as well as safety shoes with steel toes. It can feel very hot in summer. (But this is probably typical in traditional industries and is also a safety consideration—it really depends on the individual!)
