Read the community guidelinesBusiness trips provide opportunities to meet people from different industries and countries, and the colleagues are nice.
1. The job duties are complicated and very different from what was discussed in the interview. It was supposed to be a secretary position, but I also had to handle overseas business orders, shipping, coordinating with carriers, and so on.
2. For domestic and overseas business trips, the company provides only the basic airfare and hotel costs. It is very difficult to get transportation expenses for getting to the airport, and there is no daily allowance at all for overseas trips... You have to eat and travel with the supervisor.
3. After taking long overseas business trips (mostly lasting at least one week) and frequent business trips (once or twice a month), there is no compensatory leave or overtime pay.
4. The insured salary for labor insurance is underreported by 15,000.
5. The boss is emotional, makes sarcastic remarks, and does not keep their word.
6. Two days every week, we have to stay for training and meetings until 8–9 p.m. (with no overtime pay or meal allowance).
