Pros
If the project follows the schedule of a government agency, you can enjoy the same working hours as civil servants.
Cons
What is said during the application process may differ from reality, with changes being made very frequently. For example, a project originally scheduled for four months may be changed to two and a half months halfway through, and in the third month you may only receive hourly pay, etc.
