1. I had a very pleasant conversation with the hiring manager. The company is next to Costco in Xizhi, so you can go shopping after work.
2. The Chinese New Year holiday is longer than at most companies.
Cons
1. At most, you will only be given ten days of annual leave; unused leave is paid at half salary.
2. The Chinese New Year holiday is longer than at most companies, but things are busier before the holiday. Overtime is shifted into the Chinese New Year break, so there is no overtime pay.
