Pros
The boss thinks he is handsome, great, and impressive.
Cons
The company currently consists entirely of new employees and has already gone through one round of staff turnover. They like to hire freelancers to do the design, then tell clients that all the designs are produced in-house. Sometimes clients notice that the design styles are inconsistent and suspect they were not done by the same person.
