Overtime pay is sometimes deliberately withheld. Labor and health insurance reports are filed late. If performance is deemed unsatisfactory, they threaten to deduct pay. If the work is not what they want, they keep asking for revisions and complaining, then say that not enough items have been published. Fixing old items does not count toward the number of published items. There are no trash bins at the desks. Employees have to boil water themselves. Everyone takes turns cleaning the entire office. The boss speaks according to their mood and is inconsistent. Even when you follow their instructions, you may still be scolded for doing it that way. An absurd company.
