A corrugated-metal factory where you can forget about air conditioning. Even an application for a fan takes six months to be approved. Although the company is losing money, it keeps bringing in a bunch of inexplicable machines. The boss changes cars, while employees do not even get an annual year-end banquet. Some departments also involve handling toxic chemicals. It is so hot inside that it is practically impossible to wear cleanroom clothing. However many new hires come in, just as many leave. At its worst, I saw a staffing agency bring in more than 100 people in one month, with fewer than three staying—and they did not last more than a few months either. In short, run away as fast as you can.
