When working overtime off-site, the commute back to the company after leaving the work premises is not counted as overtime, and company monthly meetings are also not included in salary or overtime pay; afterward, the company treats employees to a simple meal that day. The company rules set by the boss are not explicitly mentioned during interviews. Whether you pass the exam entirely depends on the boss’s mood.
