There is a year-end banquet, employee trips, and a year-end bonus
Cons
Violates the Labor Standards Act; there is no annual leave, no one fixed day off and one flexible rest day per week, no national holidays, and employees even have to work during typhoon days. If you take sick leave, the boss’s wife will still make sarcastic remarks.
