A local company in Hsinchu is so stingy and unbelievably awful,
come on in and experience how this quality local company
uses emotional abuse as a pretext to humiliate employees, refuses to provide drinking water, exploits employees to the fullest, and violates the Labor Standards Act to mistreat local employees!
Come observe how the hostess recruits customers!

1. Two ghosts upstairs, incompetent and maliciously bullying people, not letting them get water to drink, driving people away.
2. Only ignorant people need to verbally abuse and torment employees to cover up their own incompetence and poor performance.
3. It is recommended that those with long-term physical or mental health conditions seek professional counseling.
A terrifying female demon. Having a disability is not an illness, but excessive inferiority can lead to excessive arrogance and a perverse desire for control.
Psychologists say: Those who are irritable and arrogantly conceited are actually insecure inside.

The administrative work mainly consists of answering and making phone calls and delivering water. The administrative staff rarely leave work on time; although the official end time is 17:30, they leave at around 17:50 on average.
The worst part is not really the work itself, but that the supervisors here are extremely difficult to get along with.
One manager often uses their authority to berate people or adds meaningless rules and assigns subordinates a pile of tasks. They think everyone here has to listen to them, and they berate anyone who disagrees with them. They control all personnel matters.
The boss smokes heavily, and sometimes the office is filled with cigarette smoke. They promise pay raises but do not deliver; even when they decide to give a raise, it is less than NT$1,000. They often break their promises and blame employees when business performance is poor.
A person in a supervisory position harasses attractive female colleagues and asks them to chat privately.
Taking leave is extremely difficult. You cannot take leave immediately before or after a holiday, and annual leave must be requested one week in advance (7 days ahead). Sick leave can only be taken in four-hour increments, and personal leave in two-hour increments; exceeding these limits results in a NT$2,000 deduction from the perfect-attendance bonus. Being late more than twice also results in the deduction. Whenever someone takes leave, people make a huge fuss about it (because there are too few people and no one can cover for them). Every month, NT$300 is deducted from pay as a welfare fee, yet there are no benefits at all.
Everyone has to take on multiple roles because the company simply refuses to hire more people, which is why taking leave is so difficult.
Every employee at this company wants to quit (I’m not joking =).
Unless you have no temper, never want to take leave, never get sick, and want to take on multiple roles, you are welcome to come and experience it for yourself.
