It’s been a long time since I left, so I don’t know whether anything has changed.
Only the Sheet Metal Department manager stands up for their own people.
Only the employees in the Sheet Metal Department are relatively friendly.
1. At the year-end banquet raffle, everyone who attends can participate, regardless of employee benefits.
2. There is infighting between departments.
3. More than half of the people at the manager level are relatives or otherwise connected to the boss.
4. Every year when the boss gives out year-end bonuses, they only talk about how much money the company lost and tell employees to work hard.
5. When the boss wants to fire an employee, they manipulate the employee into resigning voluntarily.
6. People who join the Drafting Department cannot be too incompetent, but they also cannot be too capable or outshine the manager.
7. Departments other than the Sheet Metal Department are not worth staying in.
8. You can’t trust what the boss says; much of it is just for appearances. If you follow his instructions, he will complain to the manager.
