The company also provides bonuses every year, allowing us to purchase and enjoy its own products and maintain our health.

The colleagues are all very nice, and the office atmosphere is good.
The boss likes to make grand promises and often comes up with fanciful ways to make money. The company benefits are quite ordinary.
The colleagues in the office get along quite harmoniously, making it easy and pleasant to come to work.
It’s really great that the company has a two-day weekend, so you can use those two days off to spend more time with your family and go out together.
The company also organizes dinners from time to time to strengthen the bonds among colleagues.
Overall, I don’t really feel there are any shortcomings at present; I would say it’s quite recommendable.
If I had to point out one thing, it would be that sometimes you have to look around for a motorcycle parking space downstairs from the company, and it’s not always possible to find one quickly.
The company has a group dinner every month, and when a colleague has a birthday, they also buy a cake so everyone can celebrate together.
It’s quite rare compared with other companies I’ve encountered since entering the workforce. The colleagues in the office get along fairly well, too, so it’s a good company.
Although the benefits are already good, it would be even better if some more could be added.
The work environment is good,

The turnover rate is extremely high; Digital Bank is hiring again every so often.
The stupidest thing I've ever heard a boss say: If you can do the work and handle people, you can make big money, just like me.
They'll casually find a reason to get rid of you without warning, and there’s no severance pay either!

This company changed its name; it used to be called "Donghong Biotech." It only changed its name after something happened.

The female owner and the assistant both had pretty good attitudes.
I had arranged the interview for around 10:00, but had to wait downstairs for about an hour before going upstairs. Once upstairs, the owner kept scrolling on his phone... During the interview, he even asked me to wait because he had to take a photo and send it via LINE. If he had no intention of conducting the interview, he should not have wasted both our time. This was the worst interview experience I have ever had.
