None. People who like succulents might find it very therapeutic.
Cons
When I was working there as a part-time employee, the director spoke rudely and was very controlling, expecting to be consulted about everything. They expected part-time employees to “observe” the environment and know on their own that they should serve tea and water, clean the premises, and so on.
The company was very small, and the owner and the director sometimes gave conflicting instructions, making it difficult to work.
A very unfriendly workplace environment.
