1. The company owner, the plant manager, and the assembly section manager on the second floor are all relatives, and the owner's wife is the accountant.
2. When you join, you need to understand what a certain senior executive said:
“Once the sample drawing is completed and matches on the computer, it should match when produced on-site. If it cannot be assembled during production, it is an on-site problem.”
3. Sales does not coordinate with the on-site staff at all. They insert orders whenever they want, regardless of whether the on-site workload is already full.
4. There is not necessarily a salary increase every year. When there is one, the monthly increase ranges from 200 to 800 yuan.
5. There are no SOPs on-site. SOPs depend entirely on the supervisor’s mood: for the same matter, they may scold you when they are in a bad mood, but say nothing when they are in a good mood.
