Read the community guidelinesThe company’s benefits are quite good. We have two days off every week, and holidays are off as well. They don’t force us to work overtime, and there is also annual leave... (I think this is a major advantage). This is different from the usual system at cleaning companies, where you only get paid if you work.
The supervisor is also quite good—approachable, doesn’t interfere with our personal lives, helps staff solve problems, and teaches us techniques and how to communicate with clients so that we can do our jobs well.
The average salary is also better than office jobs (36,000–42,000). If you want to work overtime on holidays, just let them know in advance; it’s an additional 330 per hour.
