Read the community guidelinesThe colleagues are easy to get along with, but they all leave after just a few days.
You have to do everything. The boss knows nothing and, when asked whether transportation expenses for business trips are reimbursed, will directly tell you to leave. They also maliciously deduct employees’ wages after they leave. Not reading or replying to messages has become the norm.
Colleagues get along well with one another
1. The job duties are very diverse and the workload is extremely heavy, with a severe staff shortage.
2. There is no overtime pay for working until midnight, and employees without transportation cannot claim reimbursement for a taxi ride home.
3. After the probationary period ends, they are unwilling to provide the salary agreed upon during the interview.
4. There is no handover at all when starting the job, but when problems arise, they blame you for not knowing what to do.
5. Underreporting of labor and health insurance wages.
6. Extremely high employee turnover.
Apart from the alumni who have left the company being very kind...
You’re expected to handle everything... There is no comprehensive training system or handover process... Overtime can be exchanged for compensatory leave, but staffing is so insufficient that there is almost no opportunity to take it...
The colleagues are easy to get along with
But they all quit
They lure you in by promising a high salary after the probationary period
There is zero handover, and you bear all the responsibility; if there is a problem, you take the blame
If a woman has to travel for work until midnight, there is no transportation allowance; they tell you to figure it out yourself
If you encounter a problem on a business trip at night, the boss will not answer your calls
The turnover rate is extremely high. If you want to come for an interview, ask the security guard downstairs—no one who has worked here the longest has stayed for more than six months
Colleagues are easy to get along with, and there is a sense of teamwork. Very satisfied with the finished products.
The job covers a wide range of responsibilities, including (department store sales/business, channel sales/business, channel manager, online marketing, digital design, graphic design, and accounting).
Underreporting of labor and health insurance wages. The agreed-upon salary no longer applies after the probationary period.
