Read the community guidelinesThe advisor is very kind and helped me get a raise. The salary I received was even higher than expected.
Everything is good so far.

They call to ask about a lot of relevant work experience.
They review the résumé over and over, but HR ultimately reads it without replying~
Even though they know the job seeker is currently employed, they force the job seeker to immediately respond to questions.
They make the job sound incredibly appealing, but the salary is about the same as a foreign worker’s.
I only had an interview experience and did not discover any particular advantages. What was unusual was the interview experience:
A contracting company initially arranged for me to meet at the client's premises and took me directly inside for the client's interview.
After entering, they gave me a stack of test questions to complete. Once I finished, I had an interview with the client's interviewer.
After the interview, they said they would notify me that Friday. However, after two weeks had passed, they called to say that their internal procedures had not yet been completed.
They asked me to wait until the following Wednesday, but when the time came, there was still no notification at all.
They asked the applicant to wait, then provided no notification afterward. If they had no intention of hiring, they really should not waste job seekers' time.
For job seekers, if you ask someone to wait, you should send a rejection letter or an offer notification; otherwise, do not ask them to wait.
I advise job seekers interviewing with this company to think twice, and not to wait around foolishly.
Honestly, the working hours are clearly stated.
They say it's a technical support position, but there isn't any technical work at all. The pay is extremely low, and you also have to work shifts. You have to work shifts during the Lunar New Year as well, and they didn't mention at the beginning that it was a temporary staffing position.
At the beginning of the video interview, I introduced my work experience, and then they asked whether I could understand electronic circuits.
After I was hired, they said I would be assigned to work at CTCI Information Technology.
At the beginning of working at CTCI Information Technology, I reviewed communications transmission data. At first, they pretended to value you highly. There was also no three-month probationary period, but you still had to submit reflections after six months. Later, during the second month, they provided some initial training, then handed you a procedure manual for a certain system and expected you to master it immediately. Within a week, you had to report on the contents of the procedures. During the second presentation, I drew the architecture diagram incorrectly, and not long afterward I received a termination notice.
A reminder to anyone interviewing with this company next time: be very careful, as they may deceive you in various ways.
