After the interview ended that day (it took over an hour),
I was notified in the afternoon that I had been accepted.
During the acceptance call, I told them that I could only start work in February.
But a few hours later,
they called again and said they needed to reconsider and would not be hiring me for the time being.
It made me feel very disrespected.
They didn't say during the interview that this was an urgent opening.
After I told them over the phone when I could start and they said that was fine, why did they go back on their word?
Can they really toy with interviewees like this?
I think they had already found a backup candidate who could start work immediately the next day.
This makes me feel that it's a good thing I didn't join this company.
What kind of good position would be this desperate to fill?
Everyone, please think carefully before applying.
The environment is not good either.
It's on the first floor and very cramped.
