Withholding wages
Incompetent people managing experts
If you apply to another company (e.g., Xinbao), the boss will definitely say during the interview regarding the issue of delayed wages:
“Different shareholders—this kind of situation won’t happen!”
And then, nothing more.
When he wants to force you out, it will be very obvious. He will urgently ask you to hand over everything and upload it to his cloud system (of course, dressed up in very polished language so the person involved does not notice), while your wages are still being delayed.
Finally, if you unfortunately join any of his companies (search using the boss’s name—you can find them all online),
in one word: “Run.”
Value yourself and stay away from here.
Flexible working hours; they don’t micromanage too much......that’s it
Conservative, conservative, and more conservative. The old guard rules. They don’t use new technologies or automation, and even after discussing introducing new technology for several months, they still don’t use it.
12–13 years of front-end experience, but the things they produce are at the level of only one year of experience: fixing one thing breaks another, communication is ineffective, and they insist on using their own methods.
The CTO handles too many things, so nothing gets done well. The development process is made unnecessarily complicated. They refuse to automate things that clearly could be automated and insist on manually entering keys instead. They dislike new technologies and reject them whenever they encounter them; they insist on researching them thoroughly themselves before agreeing to introduce them.
The PM is no different from an API—only responsible for forwarding emails, without even reading the documents before forwarding them.
If you want to retire, you can stay here; if you want to learn, forget it. The only thing you can learn here is the latest technology from 20 years ago.
