1. When filling out the résumé, in addition to basic information, you must provide a photo. You are required to fill in personal and private information such as your national ID number, family members, emergency contacts, and salary from your previous company. Their explanation is that because they are in the banking industry, they hope applicants have clean backgrounds. In addition to writing the résumé, you must also sign two separate contracts confirming that the résumé contains no inaccuracies.
During the interview, they will also print out the résumé from 104 and compare it with what you wrote earlier to see whether the information matches.
2. The hiring department does not participate in the interview; instead, a manager from the company conducts it.
3. Most of the questions asked by HR are commonly circulated interview questions found online. They are simply packaged differently and not asked very directly, so you need to grasp the main point of the interviewer’s questions.
4. When asking questions, the interviewer adopts a casual-chat approach and, while taking the interviewee’s perspective, tries to coax out the information they want to hear.
5. If you ask the interviewer questions that touch on personal impressions, such as, “What areas do I need to improve for this interview?”, they tend to give evasive, perfunctory answers.
