The work environment is poor, and work is very inefficient.
Most of the coworkers are very easy to get along with.
The boss has an unbelievably bad temper. Out of 365 days a year, you can count on one hand the number of days they are in a good mood. When they are in a bad mood, they only take it out on employees! They use extremely harsh language and constantly question what their own employees are busy with (always assuming employees have nothing to do). They cannot even use the company ERP; even after being taught countless times, they still cannot use it, lol. Labor and health insurance wages are underreported. Production workers work overtime beyond the legal limit, while office staff are not paid overtime—serious violations of the Labor Standards Act! The husband and wife are exactly the same: typical exploitative bosses = =. Policies change from day to day and are extremely indecisive. They have absolutely no leadership ability.
