During the interview, they told me that everything complied with the Labor Standards Act ^_^
The employee turnover rate is extremely high. One person handles multiple positions, with a responsibility-based system. You have to work overtime every day (at least that was the case when I was employed), sometimes as late as 11:30 p.m. ^_^ There is no overtime pay. Oh, there is a “missed-meal allowance,” but surprisingly, it only starts counting once you work overtime until 7:40 p.m. ^_^
The upper management’s instructions are inconsistent and change repeatedly. They are extremely emotional and show no respect for employees at all.
There are countless other incidents. Please consider carefully.
