Taking annual leave will be criticized. Annual leave, marriage leave, and other leave entitlements may be withheld. Company policies change constantly. Year-end bonuses are often paid based on the boss’s mood (even after working for a full year, the year-end bonus will not start with ten thousand, and some people received only two thousand after working for two full years). Monthly salaries may be deducted arbitrarily. Employees are required to wear uniforms two days a week.
