Interviewing for a design position
There is a hands-on test during the interview
Create a website within 30 minutes...
Using a 15-inch LCD monitor and an i3 CPU
It was so slow that it couldn't run properly,
After finishing, they told you to leave without even looking at it
They seemed extremely arrogant
.....
First, I was notified via a message from the employment website 104 that I could call to arrange an interview.
After I called, they said they had not sent an interview notification and that there must have been a mistake.
???
The other employees were reasonably polite.
1. I spent an hour filling out information during the interview (in addition to basic information, there were situational questions and four short-answer questions).
I waited for thirty minutes, but the interview itself only lasted ten minutes. They asked, “Why did you leave your previous job?” and “You may have to travel for sales work in the future. Are you willing to take on the challenge?” (The job posting on the employment website didn’t mention traveling for sales work. Does the interviewer also not understand the position??) They also didn’t explain the job responsibilities and simply told me to go home and wait to see whether there would be a second interview. Even interviewing at a large company has never been this speechless.
2. I saw the boss inside interviewing someone for a second interview, so they asked me to come in and talked to me for ten minutes. Does this interview process need improvement?
3. Bringing out the company’s own products for interviewees to use is a good idea, but please don’t bring them out if they haven’t been washed properly...
4. The receptionist who came downstairs to escort me up had absolutely no expression on her face.
