In practice, it is looking to recruit salespeople, and the owner expects them to bring products (from the original manufacturers) into the company for sale. The salary is not high. If you fail to produce results after a period of time, you will be asked to leave without receiving severance pay. Even if you achieve good results, you will not receive a high bonus; instead, you will be asked to bear the company’s personnel expenses.
