Cons

You are expected to learn how to operate the POS system in less than a week, as well as how to fold clothes very neatly. If your folding does not meet his standards, he will criticize you for folding them poorly and too slowly. All your movements are expected to be very quick; otherwise, you will keep being scolded for being too slow. You are also expected to learn things after being shown only once—if you ask a second time, you will be scolded for not knowing. The sales performance pressure is very high. If you are considering coming here, choose carefully.

Cons

The company’s pay is on the low side. The interview was pretty good at the time, but later the manager and HR were extremely unpleasant 👎 The manager was slow and petty in handling things, and HR was even worse. Their attitude was terrible, and they were extremely casual when explaining the company policies— it felt like they just wanted to fob people off. You really should think twice before joining this company.

Cons

1. The salary is only 21,009 (including meal allowance and perfect-attendance bonus); the rest depends on commission.

2. They insist on sending you to an underperforming location, then say that you are not even trying hard enough, while constantly saying that you have no money. “Young people shouldn’t be like this.”

3. When you ask the interviewer, Ms. Chen, something, she takes a long time to respond. But when she contacts you, if you miss it even once, she repeatedly calls you.

No wonder this is a company with a record of violating the Labor Standards Act....

If you have other job opportunities, skip this one.

Otherwise, anyone planning to interview should think twice.
