Pros
You can work in a luxury-goods atmosphere, with hardly any rules or systems.
Cons
The starting salary initially discussed was a base salary of 30,000, but after a week, when it was time for you to sign the contract, it became a little over 27,000. There is no system to speak of. The three bosses are all family members working together, communication is very chaotic, and it is a family-run company. The bosses tend to be controlling.
Cons
The starting salary initially discussed was a base salary of 30,000, but after a week, when it was time for you to sign the contract, it became a little over 27,000. There is no system to speak of. The three bosses are all family members working together, communication is very chaotic (you have to listen to all three of their opinions). It is a family-run company, and the bosses tend to be controlling. The female boss scolds assistants in front of other employees, loudly (this is common). There is little understanding of personnel matters, such as overtime or public holidays. The company hired an accountant, Ms. M, to handle these matters and then announced the rules for everyone to sign and follow.
