Two days off on weekends, but the start date is not always the first of the month, and Saturdays and Sundays are unpaid! Typhoon days off are also unpaid. Sales assistants have to handle sales and plant affairs, and occasionally help with deliveries. One person has to take on multiple roles, with a monthly salary of NT$30,000 for the first three months!
