The Facebook editor often makes typos. Given this level of ability and quality, it’s astonishing that they still expect applicants to have extensive experience. The test questions did not provide very clear direction, yet they expected you to write as much as possible. Throughout the interview process, there were sarcastic remarks, and they would occasionally criticize your current company and position, question your abilities, and bluntly complain that your salary expectations were too high, saying that your abilities were no better than those of an intern. Yet job seekers had clearly written their expected salary on the application form. If they couldn’t offer the expected salary from the outset, why invite people to an interview in the first place? It just wastes everyone’s time!
