The part-time employees have great relationships and a strong sense of camaraderie; the working environment really was better in the past.
Few customers, so it’s pretty relaxed.
For Taichung
Because there are few customers, unless you’re a team leader, your shifts will usually be cut.
Some senior-position person in Taichung, something like J or whatever, occupies a cushy position but can’t do the job.
Simply put, they’re an idiot__.
They love coming to the workplace to make a mess when things are busy, or directing people from behind the scenes via pager to do meaningless things.
There’s no need to mention a certain person in the projection department.
During work, they hide in the office playing games, watching anime, pretending to be busy, and showing off.
All day long, they meddle in things outside their department just to刷存在感.
But the company’s maintenance staff can’t fix things properly: minor repair requests can be dragged out for three days, while major repairs can take more than a month.
When questioned, they blame the company and say it’s still going through approval.
It’s already affecting the quality of service for customers.
As for what counts as a major repair, that’s hard to say, hehe.
The benefits system is getting worse and worse.
Overall, it’s pretty pathetic.
Unless you’ve worked at Water Park, you’d still be better off looking for another cinema.
