The company has an extremely high turnover rate, especially in the sales department. The following improvements are recommended:
1. During interviews, the company says there are performance bonuses and employee trips, but in reality there are none. It is recommended to follow through on what is promised.
2. The manager is emotional. It is recommended to exercise better control; when employees keep coming and going, the reasons should be identified.
3. Overtime is subject to a responsibility-based system. It is recommended to comply with the Labor Standards Act.
4. Orders are processed on paper, which is inefficient. It is recommended to use a system with customer part numbers built in, while also recording engineering changes. Having to look everything up each time is too time-consuming.
