2. A senior employee often makes mistakes, meddles in others’ affairs, and likes to speak carelessly; their character is questionable.
3. The employer is also a salesperson. Their arrival time at the office each day depends on their mood, and vendors often cannot reach them by phone, making it difficult to work when caught in the middle.
