Cons

Sharing some feedback on the planning and design interview experience:

The boss is very self-important and will first ask whether you know who the company's shareholders are and whether you know who he is.

He will bring up a project that he discussed with an architect (the architect had probably already worked out the design), say that he is giving you a simple test, and then describe the architect's proposal as if he came up with it himself XDD

And~ you will be required to work overtime on weekends to support sales!

For your reference~ I advise everyone to think carefully before considering this kind of small construction company.

Pros

Usually there is not much to do—just wait for customers to come in while handling miscellaneous tasks. The two managers are very easy to get along with. There are 5 to 6 members.

Cons

The boss is very superstitious and loves to brag about his past design work. Although the projects clearly are not luxury-home developments, he prices them like luxury homes. If they cannot be sold, he blames subordinates and even resorts to personal attacks; if they are sold, he says he was the one who sold them! Of course, since you are the one who decides the final agreed price, you deserve the most credit! The female sales manager is extremely spoiled and snobbish. She flatters those above her and angrily berates those below her. Any credit or benefits ultimately go to her. In other words, your clients are hers, and hers are still hers, so do not be fooled. She also often changes her attitude and scolds people for no reason. Even when she failed to give instructions or was in the wrong, she shifts the blame onto subordinates and pressures them to apologize and admit fault. She also goes to the boss to cry and make a fuss. The boss appears to support her, but afterward tells everyone to be more understanding toward her. What is that supposed to mean...? It leaves people speechless. Afterward, seeing her gives people a chill. No wonder she is in her forties and still cannot get married. Sigh! Everyone should take note: these two people in particular are rather unusual and difficult to deal with! Their relationship is also... very special....
