If you are considering interviewing with this company, I advise you to forget about it. There is no need to waste your time interviewing. This is a very small company, mainly run by the owner and his wife. The workplace is also difficult to find. During the interview, the owner will keep boasting about how promising the company’s future is and make it sound as though it has a clear direction, but that is not the case.
The salary is extremely low, at NT$25,000–26,000. The leave policy is unclear; sometimes, taking just one day of menstrual leave in a month inexplicably results in the perfect-attendance bonus being deducted. There are also many other violations of the Labor Standards Act, such as not providing pay slips.
The owner also often makes inexplicable decisions, usually on a whim, and then forgets about them after some time. There are no consistent standards or efficiency in how things are done.
In addition to the duties associated with your job title, because there are so few people in the company, you must also take on administrative duties and wear multiple hats. The owner does not manage any of this.
